When co-founding Financial Fiduciary Group (FFG), Trevor Scotto’s ambitions were simple: to create a wealth management firm where personalized financial services and expert tax planning worked in harmony.

“Clients know we act as true fiduciaries, remain independent, and integrate tax and investment decisions rather than treating them in silos,” Scotto says. “A key differentiator is that our clients’ wealth advisors and CPAs are on the same team and work hand-in-hand. We tailor our service model to each client’s needs and preferences, remain highly accessible, and consistently put the client first.”
The firm has now reached over $1 billion in AUM, an incredible feat powered by organic growth and client referrals. To achieve scalable growth, Scotto and his team have placed collaboration and internal talent development as a top priority.
“As we grow, it’s essential that service quality, accessibility, and consistency never suffer,” he explains. “We address this by investing continuously in our team, developing talent internally, sharing knowledge through regular collaborative meetings, and ensuring advisors, CPAs, and planning specialists work closely together.”
He also notes that personalized service, rather than pure growth, is FFG’s main target, attributing the organic growth seen by his firm as a by-product of their dedication to the unique client services FFG provides.
To continuously improve operations, Scotto carefully reviews client feedback, implementing suggestions when appropriate.
Providing high-value services to clients begins with crucial listening skills that have been embedded into FFG’s culture as a firm.
