“I have a bulletin board with hundreds of client thank-you notes on goals that they have reached working with me. This is what drives me every day,” says Jerry Davidse, CEO of Presilium Private Wealth. With the hopes of providing clients with a more personalized experience, after years of establishing his expertise at larger firms like Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, Davidse knew it was time to embark on a new journey and launch his own wealth management firm. In 2022, he started Presilium Private Wealth and has remained dedicated to providing amazing client experiences to successful families and individuals. “All of our clients have a financial plan, an investment policy statement, receive a quarterly review, an invitation to a monthly client event, and a weekly update email from our team,” he says. The Presilium CEO never shies away from going above and beyond for his clients, even if it means helping those he is not directly in business with. Davidse says, “We do really detailed financial plans not only for our clients but also for their children, for their parents, and even for their friends or other relatives to give them an experience that they wouldn’t normally be able to get at their current investment level.” To further serve his clients, Davidse created a YouTube channel for Presilium, where he has posted one educational video per week over the past three years. Through topics ranging from estate plans to Roth conversions to pensions, the video series aims to make complex financial concepts easy to understand.
“Our clients love hearing from us once a week about a new financial planning topic or something in the news and hearing our perspective on it,” he says. “And again, the only way that we could do this was by having our own firm.” Davidse’s efforts to personalize his client services have undoubtedly led to his firm’s rapid success. Since Presilium’s inception in 2022, its total AUM has more than doubled to over $680 million. Although he is at the top of his game, the CEO continuously seeks out opportunities to evolve and grow. “I am constantly learning from other successful people and don’t see them as competition,” says Davidse. “There are millions of Americans that need our help, and we should work together to get to the highest possible level as an industry.”
