Alexis Long, CFP® is the Managing Director of Wealth Management at Willis Johnson Wealth, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding clients toward their financial goals with efficiency and expertise. Her dedication and leadership led to her becoming the first non-Johnson family shareholder and board member.
Having experienced a lack of financial guidance in her early years, Long pursued a career dedicated to educating and empowering others. After early career exposure to the financial sector at a bankruptcy law firm, she discovered her passion for financial advising while earning her MBA. Since then, she has built a career helping clients navigate complex financial decisions across various life stages.
In her current role, Long oversees Willis Johnson Wealth’s financial planning team and leads talent acquisition efforts across Texas to strengthen the firm’s expertise.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling with her husband, Michael, and supporting their three children in their athletic and artistic pursuits.

Glazer recalls dinner conversations as a child with his father sharing valuable financial lessons that he still uses today.
“We talked about savings, the dangers of debt, living within your means, paying down your mortgage, and not being impressed by flash. We employ those same basic lessons in managing risk and educating our clients,” says Glazer.
