Profile
Lindsey Haefemeyer, AIF, ChFC, has built her career at the intersection of financial planning, advisor leadership, and the independent wealth management industry. Since entering financial services in 2012 she has developed extensive experience spanning investment operations, client relationships, regulatory supervision, and strategic practice development.
As a registered principal and second-generation leader at Klinkhammer Financial, Haefemeyer is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her father and brother, carrying forward the values and relationships established over the firm’s 44-year history while helping shape its future. Building on that foundation, she founded Independent Legacy Network (ILN), an independent OSJ created to support advisors as they strengthen their practices, plan for succession, and build legacies of their own. Those same values guide her work with clients, where long-term relationships, thoughtful guidance, and what matters beyond the numbers remain central.
A multi-year recipient of Five Star Professional's Five Star Wealth Manager and Five Star Wealth Manager Under 40 awards, Haefemeyer's recognition has appeared in Twin Cities Business Journal, Mpls. St.Paul Magazine, Forbes, Fortune, and The Wall Street Journal.
As a military spouse, Haefemeyer brings a personal appreciation for service, resilience, and adaptability to her leadership philosophy. She is passionate about advancing the independent wealth management industry while preserving the relationship-driven nature of financial advice and helping advisors and families build lasting legacies for generations to come.
