Colleen Bell is President of Innovation and Experience at Cambridge, where she also serves in the office of the CEO and Board of Directors. In her role, she is responsible for driving associate engagement and financial professional satisfaction while discovering innovative ways to meet evolving needs.
Bell oversees several service-focused teams, including products and technology solutions, strategy planning and innovation, service experience and specialized service teams, executive administration, and internal and external education.
She joined Cambridge in 2006 following her tenure as a securities examiner with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Her prior roles at Cambridge include executive vice president of operations and chief fiduciary service officer.
Bell has received several industry honors, including ThinkAdvisor’s Luminaries with Heart award (2024)¹ and InvestmentNews’ Allyship Champion of the Year award (2023)². She has also been named to ThinkAdvisor’s IA 25 list³ of influential individuals in financial services and serves as an executive sponsor of Cambridge’s Commitment to Inclusion and Community of Women.
Bell earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Illinois College of Business and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses.
