Rabia Sattaur has held several roles at Fidelity Investments, including operations, risk management, and business consulting.
She takes pride in helping Fidelity’s clients as part of her current role, assisting wealth management firms and their employees with their practice management strategy to fuel growth and talent development. Some areas of focus include advisor information, technology tools, and resources in the areas of organic growth, client experience, diversity and inclusion, and risk and regulatory.
Sattaur is also a traveler, a chocolate enthusiast, and a lifelong advocate for leaving the world a better place. When she is not working, she explores the art of creating dishes inspired by world cultures, soaking in ocean views, and making memories with her family and friends.
She is married and the mother of two beautiful toddlers who keep her and her husband on their toes and remind them of what’s most important in life. She is passionate about helping others, believing that everybody needs support and guidance at some point in their professional and personal life.
Being a 2024 judge for Investment News’ Rising Stars, it fills her with continued hope, enthusiasm, and energy for our industry.
