“The IncomeConductor strategy and its predecessors have been an integral part of our business for over 20 years. IncomeConductor Pro is the lone differentiator that sets us apart in the eyes of our clients. With the ability to navigate taxes, healthcare, Roth conversion strategies, and order of distribution, the planning process has elevated exponentially. We utilize the platform live in our office to engage the client and refine the process with their input. As a result, we have gathered more than $20 million in new assets during 2024. Thank you to the IC team for their support and assistance in building this platform. Could not be happier!”

IncomeConductor helps financial professionals deliver the best retirement income planning and management experience possible to their clients.
The largest generation of retirees in American history are in their 60s and need to carefully make use of their savings to try and sustain their standard of living through long retirements.
Acknowledging that the industry is moving toward a planning focus vs. a transactional focus, IncomeConductor directed its energy toward improving its solutions to incorporate advanced concepts in accessible ways such as Social Security optimization, tax-sensitive overlays, personalized longevity and healthcare spending estimates, Roth conversion strategies, and more. Delivering easy ways for advisors to model scenarios that account for all these aspects of retirement planning at once has been transformative in how they engage with the solution and, ultimately, how their clients engage with their income plans.
IncomeConductor allows clients to easily digest their retirement income plans from their advisors, who can see the red flags, opportunities, instant insights, and solutions on its sleek interface.
Since it was established in 2017, IncomeConductor has been helping advisors who are passionate about becoming retirement income specialists build strong relationships with investors, which is the ideal way to help this generation enjoy their retirement and successfully transition wealth to the next generation.
The company takes a careful and patient approach to design solutions that are intuitive, fill a gap in the marketplace, and respond to users' needs by spending more time with tools and providing feedback from client experiences.
“We’re committed to delivering the highest level of service, assuring clients that their welfare is the firm’s utmost priority”

Through its unwavering focus on employee engagement, Accolade strives to create a welcoming and diverse environment where talent is excited to come to work every day.
IncomeConductor's sole focus is solving the challenges around retirement income planning by delivering a unique distribution methodology that incorporates key data and decision points specific to retirement. Rather than providing clients with a probability of success based on randomized Monte Carlo testing and a target percentage withdrawal rate, IncomeConductor delivers a customized written plan that gives advisors the ability to coordinate assets properly at the start of retirement and then track and manage the plan throughout retirement.
IncomeConductor's deep experience in all aspects of retail financial advice services and investment management, combined with the time-segmented income plan design methodology, makes it unique among other solutions in the retirement income space. The firm's commitment to helping advisors not just grow their practice but also expand their expertise and improve their level of service in retirement-specific skills goes far beyond delivering technology.
IncomeConductor also helps firms turn advisors into retirement income specialists with the ability to attract clients at a time when they are typically at their peak asset level.
The company’s co-founders – Sheryl O’Connor, Phil Lubinski, CFP, and Tom O’Connor – have driven and led IncomeConductor toward continued success.
Lubinski has been a financial advisor for over 40 years and brings both his deep experience of retirement income planning considerations as well as his unique time-segmented income distribution methodology to the firm. He has been instrumental in developing several successful software solutions, with IncomeConductor representing the most sophisticated and user-friendly platform yet.
Prior to co-founding IncomeConductor, CEO Sheryl O’Connor has held roles in project management, operation direction, software development, and was a founder of a turnkey asset management program. Having worked with thousands of advisors in a variety of practice structures, she has an intimate knowledge of what it takes to help equip them to provide consistently high-quality service and support to their clients.
CMO Tom O’Connor has a background in a variety of roles involved with supporting advisors and asset managers, including digital marketing, financial analysis, software development, and implementation. He serves as a critical interface between the business needs of financial professionals focused on becoming retirement income experts and the technical team that designs and builds solutions to deploy through the IncomeConductor SaaS platform.
This is just the beginning for the company, which is currently developing sophisticated optimization algorithms to accelerate plan design, provide deeper customization for each unique client household, and reduce the learning curve for new users.
