Drew Boyer is president and founder of Boyer Financial Group. He is a third-generation Ohio State Buckeye graduating in 2002. He earned his Certified Financial Planner® designation through the accelerated CFP® program in 2020 from the Northwestern University School of Professional Studies.
Boyer is the bestselling author of the Hip Hop x Finance book, released in February 2025. Also in 2025, he was finalist for WealthManagement.com’s Thought Leader of the Year, keynoted at FutureProof Wealth Festival, and was named to InvestmentNews IN Hot List.
Making Money Make Sense™ is his mission to empower individuals by teaching actionable financial takeaways using the legendary artist’s successes and failures on his latest project, “Sound Returns,” launching in November 2025.
Boyer lives in Columbus, OH with his wife, Johanna, and their two daughters. Besides his passion for music, he enjoys everything related to travel and frequently visits family and friends in Europe and the United States.
