“Women are amazing creatures, and we need to do more to empower them, support one another and celebrate our differences and similarities,” she says. “I’ve taken it upon myself to lead the charge across the country in 14 of our markets and continue the charge now through 2026 as well.”
Lawlor’s dedication to the development of the wealth management industry as a whole is seen through her involvement in the “Florals and Finance” seminars, held across the United States. With relatable and pertinent though leadership, the Hot Lister connects with the industry’s next generation of female movers and shakers.
“I’ve provided sound, practical advice on financial planning in a humorous way that educates so many women by sharing my own career and how women navigate life differently than men,” she explains.
“While I set very high standards for myself and my team, I care deeply about the greater good and about every single person who contributes to that. I’ve created a followership over many years because people know that I truly care not just about profitability and the bottom line, but about the people behind the performance. You can’t fake that.”
And Lawlor’s focus on empowering women goes beyond her colleagues. Part of her mission to deliver top-notch service to all her clients is an emphasis on providing financial literacy support to female investors, who are increasingly becoming the facilitators of their families’ wealth due to the incoming intergenerational wealth transfer.
She says, “With an additional focus on women and wealth, which has often been an underserved group in finance, I believe we are making a difference in changing the lives of women for the better each and every day.”
