Thomas M. Riddle, CPA, CFP®, is the founder and chairman of Valley National Financial Advisors, boasting over 40 years in finance. His career includes roles like US Treasury bank examiner, KPMG senior accountant, and VP of finance at Hospital Central Services. Educated at Lafayette College (B.A. in mathematics and economics) and Lehigh University (MBA), he earned Pennsylvania’s top CPA exam score in 1977. Passionate about Bethlehem, Riddle is committed to comprehensive client service and enjoys maintaining close client relationships. He has received numerous accolades, including the Alexander E. Loeb Gold Medal and the 2020 LVB ICON Honoree.

“It’s from the point an agency thinks about contacting J&J to how they contact J&J, to the experience they have after that contact. We measure all of that and we’re building an extensive internal report card that is monitored consistently,” shares Burrous.
