Grace Salvino is the third generation of her family to be part of Performance Wealth. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and completed her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Within the firm, she is actively involved in investment research and applies her strong financial analysis skills to support the team’s broader investment work. She also contributes to developing next-generation outreach initiatives and is engaged in strengthening the firm’s community involvement.
In addition, Salvino leads Performance Wealth’s Next Gen Investment Group, an educational program designed to engage and collaborate with clients’ next-generation family members. The group focuses on building financial literacy and confidence by exploring key concepts such as markets, saving, investing, and long-term wealth stewardship.
